Orders and Pickup
All orders are for in-store pickup only. Please pick up your order on the selected date during store hours. Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date may be subject to cancellation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds once an order has been prepared. If you are unsatisfied with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will work to make it right.
Product Availability
Flower availability varies by season. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific varieties are unavailable.
